I'm never really 'out to meet guys', they catch me in the most random situations like getting coffee with no MU and sweats on, grocery store while my only interest is FOOD not penises haha etc..
But on a date I wouldn't wear anything too revealing, I keep it classy, show some legs..but the rest of my skin he can explore later if the date goes well
